Wills Creek Greenway
Fort Payne, Alabama
The City of Fort Payne is embarking on a grand vision of revitalizing Big Wills Creek into an eleven mile Greenway within the city. Located in the valley formed by the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Big Wills Creek stretches over 60 miles starting to the North in Valley Head and terminating to the South into the Coosa River. This park's master plan aims to connect the multiple land uses of Fort Payne, encouraging alternate routes of transportation and new economic growth.
