Wills Creek Greenway
Fort Payne, Alabama
The City of Fort Payne is embarking on a grand vision of revitalizing Big Wills Creek into an eleven mile Greenway within the city. Located in the valley formed by the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, Big Wills Creek stretches over 60 miles starting to the North in Valley Head and terminating to the South into the Coosa River. This park's master plan aims to connect the multiple land uses of Fort Payne, encouraging alternate routes of transportation and new economic growth.

Pine Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant

This landscape plan was part of a major plant expansion to nearly double the capacity of wastewater treatment, accounting for 30 years of projected growth.

Centerville Riverwalk
Centerville, Alabama
Renta Urban Land Design provided the Master Planning, Hardscape Design, and Landscape Design for the Centerville Riverwalk + Greenway. The pathway features access to the Cahaba River and connections to the Bibb County High School, a Medical Care Center, and nearby streets.
The Pinnacle
Bristol, Tennessee
RULD coordinated the land use planning, site master plan, grading, zoning, landscape architecture, hardscape design, and irrigation design for the Pinnacle development as well as a civic space at Pinnacle Park. Renta Urban Land Design performs work on a variety of commercial projects, from the site design of a single franchise to master planning large, regional centers such as the Pinnacle. RULD is typically involved from project conception, often before buildings or land are purchased, to study the current land uses, forms, and local codes in order to help guide the clients and the designs toward a successful outcome.
