ALTADENA VALLEY PARK

Altadena Valley Park was previously a golf course that has been reclaimed as a community park. 99% of the park is within the flood plain and flood way for the Cahaba River, which is the park's southern border. This park will support a large variety of outdoor recreational opportunities and will embrace the presence and wellbeing of native plant-life and wildlife. Phase one was completed in 2023, and phase two of construction is to be completed by Fall of 2026.
