The five-story structure will be completed by the Summer of 2024, and will feature a resort-style pool deck, community lounge, grilling station, and pathway connections to the Rotary Trail: uniting the Parkside District with the Lakeview Area.

The Village at Lakeshore Crossings is a luxury apartment community located close to downtown Birmingham, AL. The complex was built in 2013 and has 264 units and an array of amenities such as tennis courts and a poolside, stacked stone firepit. RULD provided master planning, landscape architecture, and irrigation design services for this development with Stoneriver Company.
