CULLMAN WAREHOUSE DISTRICT

RULD was tasked with revitalizing the downtown Cullman Warehouse District. The scope of the plan activated the area’s 1st Avenue North-East into a walkable, urban hub that now features ADA accessible pathways, native landscape plantings, festival lighting, and a new system of brick paver crosswalks. The area keeps its historic character with brick and industrial charm, while feeling fresh and lively as events and businesses come about. This project was a catalyst in helping the city receive multiple grants for infrastructure and revitalization.
