ART PARK

Art Park, formerly known as City Park or Main Avenue Park, is the city of Cullman's oldest park. The renovation, transforming the space into a public showcase for sculptures and murals by local artists, has since converted the park into a community focal point for the surrounding neighborhoods. What once was an abandoned city property is now one of the most popular places in the whole city; it’s impossible to visit this park and have the place to yourself. Families with children enjoy the swings, slides, and play equipment, or gather for movie nights; young adults enjoy throwing frisbees across the lawns. It is also a flood control site for city properties and downtown Cullman.
